The Only Way is Up -Tiesto: During this song, I want you to tell yourself the ONLY way is UP!!! This song will be a heavy climb and will push you to your limits! But remember the ONLY way is UP! In climbing position, keep the pace. When the beat drops sprint in the climbing position!

Sparks - Ingenia: Use this song to recover from the hill, Keep the heart rate up but save some energy for one last PUSH!
