Recipe of The Week: Sesame Crusted Salmon

I know what you are thinking, THERE IS NO WAY JAMES IS BLOGGING ABOUT FOOD! Believe me I'm surprised myself! I couldn't help but pass on this healthy recipe that helps boost positivity!

Sesame Crusted Salmon:

Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 6oz piece of Salmon
  • Sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cooking Directions:

  1. Coat the salmon with Sesame Oil. 
  2. Sprinkle Sesame Seeds onto all sides of the Salmon.
  3. Garnish with salt and pepper to taste. 
  4. Heat half the oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, add the salmon, and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.

Why It's Healthy:
